Permies for Equity is interested in thoughts that intersect social justice and the environment, permaculture, environmental justice, and climate justice. Authors need not have a permaculture certification to submit, but they must be in alignment with the three ethics of permaculture: earthcare, people care, and fair share as seen as a need for greater equity in all things.
Permies for Equity chooses to highlight and publish content written by people of color, queer and trans individuals, women, and people experiencing other forms of marginalization. We are interested in both theoretical critique and activism and permaculture design work that incorporates a “social patterns analysis”.
